    ACTION:

    Proposed rule.

    SUMMARY:

    The Commission requests comments on a request filed by Paramount Stations Group of Oklahoma City LLC to substitute DTV channel 40 for station KAUT-TV's assigned DTV channel 42 with an increase in ERP to 1000 kW. DTV Channel 40 can be allotted to Oklahoma City at coordinates 35-35-22 N. and 97-29-03 W. with a height above average terrain HAAT of 475 meters. This Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making does not afford an additional opportunity to file counterproposals in response to Paramount's initial proposal to substitute DTV channel 40 for DTV channel 42, but only seeks comments on Paramount's proposal to increase its power.

    Comments must be filed on or before September 8, 2003, and reply comments on or before September 23, 2003.
