Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

July 19, 1995.
    Take notice that on July 14, 1995, Williams Natural Gas Company 
(WNG) tendered for filing to become a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets:

First Revised First Revised Sheet No. 204
Substitute First Revised Sheet Nos. 215, 232, 233, 234, and 249
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 250
Substitute First Revised Sheet Nos. 257, 261, and 263
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 264

    The proposed effective date of these tariff sheets is July 1, 1995.
    WNG states that this filing is being made in compliance with 
Commission order issued June 30, 1995 in Docket No. RP95-303-000. WNG 
was directed to file the revisions required by the order within 15 days 
of the issuance of the order.
    WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants 
listed on the service lists maintained by the Commission in the dockets 
referenced above and on all jurisdictional customers and interested 
state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before July 26, 1995. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
