Virginia; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
Commonwealth of Virginia, (FEMA-1059-DR), dated July 1, 1995, and
related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 11, 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the
Commonwealth of Virginia dated July 1, 1995, is hereby amended to
include the following areas among those areas determined to have been
adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the
President in his declaration of July 1, 1995:
The City of Roanoke for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (already
designated for Individual Assistance.)
The City of Bedford for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (already
designated for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance.)
The Counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Bath, Bedford, Campbell,
Culpeper, Giles, Greene, Halifax, Madison, Orange, Pittsylvania,
Rappahannock, Rockbridge and Warren, and the Cities of Buena Vista,
Lexington, Lynchburg, and Staunton for Hazard Mitigation Assistance
(already designated for Individual Assistance and Public
Assistance.)
