AIG Trading Corporation; Order Granting Authorization to Import 
and Export Natural Gas From and to Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting AIG Trading Corporation 
(AIG) authorization to import up to 100 Bcf of natural gas each year 
from Canada, and to export up to 100 Bcf of natural gas each year to 
Canada. This import/export authorization shall extend for a period of 
ten years beginning on the date of the initial import or export 
delivery, whichever occurs first.
    AIG's order is available for inspection and copying in the Office 
of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue SW., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
