AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Oklahoma (FEMA-3118-DR), dated February 27, 1996, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 17, 1996.
