AGENCY:
Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION:
Proposed rule; denial.
SUMMARY:
This document denies a petition for rule making filed by the Battani Corporation requesting the allotment of Channel 233C3 at Babb, Montana. See 64 FR 24997, May 10, 1999. Based on the information submitted by Battani Corporation, we believe it has failed to establish that Babb qualifies as a community for allotment purposes and therefore it would not serve the public interest to allot a channel to Babb.
