    Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Proposed 
    Changes in FERC Gas Tariff
    
    July 20, 1995.
        Take notice that on July 17, 1995, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
    System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC 
    Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff 
    sheets:
    
    First Revised Sheet No. 92
    Third Revised Sheet No. 93
    First Revised Sheet No. 93A
    
        The proposed effective date of the above tariff sheets is June 1, 
    1995. Iroquois states that this filing is made in compliance with the 
    Commission's June 30, 1995 Order in the above-referenced docket 
    requiring Iroquois to revise Section 28.5(a) of the General Terms and 
    Conditions of its Tariff to clarify the exceptions to the notice, 
    bidding, and allocation requirements of its capacity release 
    provisions. In addition, Iroquois states that it has modified Section 
    28.2 of the General Terms and Conditions to add a new defined term 
    required by the modifications to Section 28.5(a). Iroquois states that 
    copies of this filing were served upon all jurisdictional customers and 
    interested state regulatory agencies.
        Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
    with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
    Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 
    385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests 
    should be filed on or before July 27, 1995. Protests will be considered 
    by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, 
    but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. 
    Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
    for public inspection in the public reference room.
