Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Notice of Proposed Changes 
in FERC Gas Tariff

July 20, 1995.
    Take notice that on July 18, 1995, Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line 
Company (Panhandle) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, with a 
proposed effective date of August 7, 1995:

Second Revised Sheet No. 222
Second Revised Sheet No. 235
Second Revised Sheet No. 241

    Panhandle states that the purpose of this filing is to fully 
conform the General Terms and Conditions to the changes proposed by 
Panhandle in its July 7, 1995 filing. These sheets were inadvertently 
omitted from the July 7, 1995 filing. In that filing, Section 6.1 is 
being revised to delete the references to Section 6.12, which was 
deleted from the General Terms and Conditions. Section 6.7, Section 
7.2(b)(iii) and Section 8.7 of the General Terms and Conditions should 
also be revised to make similar conforming changes regarding requests 
for transportation and storage service.
    Panhandle states that copies of this filing have been served on all 
customers subject to the tariff sheets and applicable state regulatory 
agencies.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 
385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests 
must be filed on or before July 27, 1995. Protests will be considered 
by the Commission in determining the appropriation action to be taken, 
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the

Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public 
Reference Room.
