Northwest Pipeline Corporation; Notice of Refund Report

July 23, 1996.
    Take notice that on July 19, 1996, Northwest Pipeline Corporation 
(Northwest) tendered for filing a refund report pursuant to Section 2.3 
of its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement filed on November 14, 
1995, in its Docket No. RP94-220 general rate proceeding. The 
settlement was accepted and approved by the Commission on February 16, 
1996.
    Northwest states that refunds totaling $23,142,962.81 were made to 
Northwest's customers on June 19, 1996. Northwest states that the 
refund covers the period from November 1, 1994, through January 31, 
1996.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's 
Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such protests 
must be filed on or before July 30, 1996. Protests will be considered 
by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, 
but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
