    Alabama; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
    
        As a result of the President's major disaster declaration on July 
    8, 1994, I find that the Counties of Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Dale, 
    Geneva, Henry, Houston, and Randolph in the State of Alabama constitute 
    a disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and 
    flooding resulting from Tropical Storm Alberto on July 2, 1994, and 
    continuing. Applications for loans for physical damage may be filed 
    until the close of business on September 6, 1994, and for loans for 
    economic injury until the close of business on April 10, 1995, at the 
    address listed below: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 
    2 Office, One Baltimore Place, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, or 
    other locally announced locations. In addition, applications for 
    economic injury loans from small businesses located in the following 
    contiguous counties may be filed until the specified date at the above 
    location: Bullock, Butler, Chambers, Clay, Cleburne, Conecuh, Crenshaw, 
    Escambia, Pike, Russell, and Tallapoosa in the State of Alabama.
        The interest rates are:
