Importer of Controlled Substances; Registration

    By Notice dated May 30, 1995, and published in the Federal Register 
on June 8, 1995, (60 FR 30319), Research Triangle Institute, Kenneth H. 
Davis, Jr., Hermann Building, East Institute Drive, P.O. Box 12194, 
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina 27709, made application to the 
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as an importer 
of the basic classes of controlled substances listed below:

    No comments or objections have been received. Therefore, pursuant

Sec. 1311.42, the above firm is granted registration as an importer of 
the basic classes of controlled substances listed above.
