Peak Power Corporation; Effective Date of Withdrawal of License 
Application

July 22, 1994.
    On October 14, 1992, Peak Power Corporation (Peak) filed an 
application for a preliminary permit for the Crescent Modular Pumped 
Storage Project No. 11352, to be located in Jefferson County, Colorado. 
On June 1, 1993, Peak filed a notice of withdrawal of its preliminary 
permit application.
    No motion in opposition to the notice of withdrawal was filed, and 
the Commission took no action to disallow the withdrawal. Accordingly, 
pursuant to Rule 216 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and 
Procedure,\1\ the withdrawal became effective on June 16, 1993.
