SUMMARY: Pursuant to section 209 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1719), the following applications to

Upon publication of this notice in the Federal Register, the
mineral interests described above will be segregated from the mining
and the mineral leasing laws. The segregation shall terminate upon
issuance of a patent, upon final rejection of the application, or 2
years from the publication date, whichever occurs first.
