AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule; petition for reconsideration.

SUMMARY: The Commission denies the petition filed by The Eden Broadcast 
Group (``petitioner'') for reconsideration of the Report and Order in 
MM Docket No. 93-320, 59 FR 28014, May 31, 1994. The Report and Order 
denied the allotment of Channel 223A to Ellison Bay, Wisconsin, as 
Ellison Bay does not qualify as a community for allotment purposes. As 
petitioner has provided no new information which would show community 
status, there is no basis to set aside our earlier action denying the 
allotment of an FM channel at Ellison Bay.
