South Atlantic Fishery Management Council; Public Meeting

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (Council) 
Joint Executive/Finance Committee (Committee) will hold a public 
meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Monday, August 23, 1999, from 1:30 
p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, August 24, 1999, from 9:00 a.m. 
until 12:00 noon.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of this meeting is for the 
Committee to discuss the status of calendar year 1999 Council 
activities schedule and budget, to review and approve proposed changes 
to the 1999 activities schedule and budget, and to review and approve 
the proposed 2000 activities schedule and budget.
    Although other issues not contained in this agenda may come before 
the Council for discussion, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens 
Fishery Conservation and Management Act,

those issues may not be the subject of formal action during this 
meeting. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed 
in this notice.

    This meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.

1999.
