Correction

    In notice document 99-18744, appearing on page 39494, in the issue 
of Thursday, July 22, 1999, make the following correction:
    In the second column, a paragraph is added after the fourth line to 
read as follows:
    ``2. This meeting will be open to the public but limited by space 
accommodations. Any interested person may attend, appear before or file 
statements with the committee at the time and in the manner permitted 
by the committee.''
