Agency Recordkeeping/Reporting Requirements Under Emergency 
Review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

    Title: Child Support Enforcement Financial Report and Program 
Quarterly Report of Collections.
    OMB No.: New.
    Description: This report is used by States to report the 
collections of child support payments made under Title IV-D of the 
Social Security Act during each fiscal quarter. The form also reports 
the portion of the collected payments to be distributed to the 
custodial parent or to the Federal or State governments. The 
information is used to calculate quarterly grant awards, annual 
incentive payments to the States and is published in an annual report 
to Congress.
    Respondents: States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and the 
District of Columbia.
