    AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Notice of realty action.

    SUMMARY: This notice of realty action involves a proposal for two non-
    competitive 5 year renewable commercial leases to Roger Butler, 
    Standing Bear Guide Service. The leases are intended to resolve the 
    unintentional occupancy trespass involving two existing commercial 
    recreational facilities related to guiding and outfitting activities on 
    public land.
    
    DATES: Comments and an application must be received on or before 
    September 13, 1999.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The two one acre sites examined and found 
    suitable for leasing under the provision of Sec. 302 of the Federal 
    Land Policy

    and Management Act of 1976, and 43 CFR part 2920, are described as 
    within:
    
    Sec. 26, T. 22 S., R. 11 E., Fairbanks Meridian.
    Sec. 23, T. 13 N., 3 W., Copper River Meridian.
    
        An application will only be accepted from Roger Butler, who owns 
    Standing Bear Guide Service, and all existing improvements. The 
    comments and application must include a reference to this notice. Fair 
    market rental as determined by appraisal will be collected for the use 
    of these lands, and reasonable administrative and monitoring costs for 
    processing the lease. A final determination will be made after 
    completion of an environmental assessment.
