Notice of Intent To Grant an Exclusive or Partially Exclusive 
License to M.A. Hanna Company

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of intent.

SUMMARY: In compliance with 37 CFR et seq., the Department of the Army 
hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to M.A. Hanna Company, a 
corporation having its principle place of business at 200 Public 
Square, Suite 36-5000, Cleveland, OH 44114, an exclusive or partially 
exclusive license relative to an ARL patented elastomeric company (U.S. 
patents no. 4,843,114 and 5,264, 290). Anyone wishing to object to the 
granting of this license has 60 days from the date of this notice to 
file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any.
