Intent To Grant a Partially Exclusive Patent License
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
ACTION: Notice of Intent to Grant a Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice of intent to grant Holmes
Enterprises, Inc., 106 Normandy Lane, Newport News, VA 23606, a license
to practice the invention protected by U.S. Patent No. 4,873,990,
entitled ``Circumferential Pressure Probe,'' which was issued on
October 17, 1989, to the United States of America as represented by the
Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The
partially exclusive license will contain appropriate terms and
conditions to be negotiated in accordance with ``Licensing of
Government-Owned Inventions,'' (37 CFR 404.1 et seq.). NASA will
negotiate the final terms and conditions and grant the license unless,
within 60 days of the date of this notice, the Patent Counsel, NASA,
Langley Research Center, receives written objections to the grant,
together with supporting documentation. The Patent Counsel, NASA
Langley Research Center, will review all written responses to this
notice and then recommend to the Associate General Counsel for
Intellectual Property where to grant the license.
