    ACTION: Notice.

        The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance, the 
    following proposal for collection of information under the provisions 
    of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
        Title and OMB Control Number: Plebe-Parent Weekend Questionnaire.
        Type of Request: New collection.
        Number of Respondents: 1,203.
        Responses Per Respondent: 1.
        Annual Responses: 1,203.
        Average Burden Per Response: 15 minutes.
        Annual Burden Hours: 301.
        Needs and Uses: The information collected by this questionnaire is 
    utilized by the U.S. Military Academy to improve the support provided 
    parents of cadets who attend this weekend activity. Questions relate to 
    parent experiences during the event and their insights into necessary 
    improvements. The answers are used to evaluate

    activities and services provided to parents and to make changes deemed 
    advisable.
        Affected Public: Individuals and households.
        Frequency: One time.
        Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.

    collection should be sent to Mr. Springer at the Office of Management
