Correction

    In notice document 96-16321 appearing on page 33639 in the issue of 
Thursday, June 27, 1996, make the following corrections:
    On page 33639, in the third column, in the sixth line, between 
``Virginia,'' and ``Puerto Rico'' insert ``West Virginia''.
    On the same page, in the same column, in the first full paragraph, 
in the fourth line, ``[phone]'' should read ``[phone]''.
    On the same page, in the same column, in the second paragraph, in 
the fourth line, ``(292( 205-2921'' should read ``[phone]''.
