Public Information Collection Requirement

AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

ACTION: Notice of submission of information collection #3038-0033--
Notification of pending legal proceedings.

SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has submitted 
information collection 3038-0033, Notification of Pending Legal 
Proceedings to the OMB for review and clearance. The information 
collected pursuant to this rule is designed to assist the Commission in 
monitoring legal proceedings involving the responsibilities imposed on 
contract markets and their officials and futures commission merchants 
and their principals by the Commodity Exchange Act, the Commission's 
enabling legislation, or otherwise.
