Correction

    In notice document 96-18257, beginning on page 37442, in the issue 
of Thursday, July 18, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 37443, in the first column, in the fourth full paragraph, 
in the seventh line, ``[60 days from publication]'' should read 
``September 9, 1996''.
