State of Florida; (And Contiguous Counties in Georgia)

    Leon County and the contiguous Counties of Gadsden, Jefferson, 
Liberty, and Wakulla in Florida, and Grady and Thomas Counties in 
Georgia constitute a disaster area as a result of damages caused by 
heavy rains and flooding that occurred on July 13, 1998. Applications 
for loans for physical damages as a result of this disaster may be 
filed until the close of business on September 18, 1998 and for 
economic injury until the close of business on April 20, 1999 at the 
address listed below or other locally announced locations: Small 
Business Administration, Disaster Area 2 Office,

    The interest rates are:
