[Declaration of Disaster #3101]


State of Vermont; Amendment #2

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency dated July 15, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
amended to include Essex County, Vermont as a disaster area due to 
damages caused by severe storms and flooding beginning on June 17, 1998 
and continuing.
    All counties contiguous to the above-named primary county have been 
previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is August 29, 1998 and for 
economic injury the termination date is March 30, 1999.
