institutions who recently have undergone an OTS examination. The 
purpose is to determine the effectiveness of the examination process.
    Respondents: Savings and Loan Associations and Savings Banks.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 3003.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: .25 average hours.
    Frequency of Response: 1 per examination.
    Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 751 hours.
