International Mill Service, Beaumont, Texas; Termination of
    Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation
was initiated on June 21, 1999 in response to a worker petition which
was filed on June 21, 1999 on behalf of workers at International Mill
    Service, located in Beaumont, Texas.
An active certification covering the petitioning group of workers
remains in effect (TA-W-35,086). Consequently, further investigation in
this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been
    terminated.

Signed in Washington, D.C., this 25th day of June, 1999.
    Linda G. Poole,
Program Manager, Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance.
