William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program; Correction
ACTION: Correction notice.

SUMMARY: On July 6, 1999, a notice was published in the Federal
Register (64 FR 36542-36546) announcing the annual update to the income
percentage factors for 1999 which are used to calculate the borrower's
monthly payment amount under the income contingent repayment plan in
the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program. This information is revised
annually to reflect changes in the consumer price index.
On page 36542, the last sentence in the summary paragraph, the
notice incorrectly stated that ``these updates are effective from July
1, 2000 to June 30, 2001.'' This notice corrects the sentence to read
``These updates are effective from July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000.''
