        Description: Form W-7A will be used to apply for an Internal 
    Revenue Service taxpayer identification number (an ATIN) for use in 
    pending adoptions. An ATIN is a temporary nine-digit number issued by 
    the IRS to individuals who are in the process of adopting a U.S. 
    resident child but who cannot get a social security number for that 
    child until the adoption is final.

        Title: Employee Business Expenses.
        Description: Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 62 allows 
    employees to deduct their business expenses to the extent of 
    reimbursement in computing Adjusted Gross Income. Expenses in excess of 
    reimbursements are allowed as an itemized deduction. Unreimbursed meals 
    and entertainment are allowed to the extent of 50% of the expense. Form 
    2106 is used to figure these expenses.

        Title: Interest Charge Domestic International Sales Corporation 
    Return (Form 1120); Shareholder's Statement of IC-DISC Distributions 
    (Schedule K); and Intercompany Transfer Price or Commission (Schedule 
    P).
        Description: U.S. corporations that have elected to be an interest 
    charge domestic international sales corporation (IC-DISC) file Form 
    1120-IC-DISC to report their income and deductions. The IC-DISC is not 
    taxed, but IC-DISC shareholders are taxed on their share of IC-DISC 
    income. IRS uses Form 1120-IC-DISC to check the IC-DISC's computation 
    of income. Schedule K (Form 1120-IC-DISC) is used to report income to 
    shareholders; Schedule P (Form 1120-IC-DISC) is used by the IC-DISC to 
    report its dealings with related suppliers, etc.
