AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.
ACTION: Notice of Accreditation of SGS Control Services, Inc. as a
Commercial Laboratory.

SUMMARY: SGS Control Services, Inc. of Deer Park, Texas, has applied to
U.S. Customs for accreditation for composition and identity of organic
chemicals under Sec. 151.13 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 151.13)
at their Wilmington, North Carolina facility. Customs has determined
that this office meets all of the requirements for accreditation as a
commercial laboratory. Therefore, in accordance with Sec. 151.13(f) of
the Customs Regulations, SGS Control Services, Inc., Wilmington, North
Carolina, is accredited to perform analysis on the products named
above.
LOCATION: SGS Control Services, Inc. accredited site is located at: 111
Cowan Street, Wilmington, North Carolina, 28402.
