Peanut Butter and Peanut Paste

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Indefinite suspension of investigation and cancellation of 
public hearing.

SUMMARY: The Commission has indefinitely suspended this investigation 
pursuant to a request for such action by the President dated and 
received June 28, 1994 and has cancelled the hearing in this 
investigation scheduled for June 30, 1994.

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 28, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The subject investigation was instituted by 
the Commission on January 18, 1994. Notice of the investigation and the 
schedule for its conduct was published in the Federal Register of 
January 26, 1994 (59 FR 3734). Notice of the rescheduling of the public 
hearing to June 30 was published in the Federal Register of May 16, 
1994 (59 FR 25503).

investigation and rules of general application see the Commission's 
notice of investigation cited above and the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 
201), and part 204, (19 CFR part 204).
