Notice of Postponement of Preliminary Antidumping Duty
Determinations: Fresh Cut Roses From Colombia and Ecuador
AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration,
Commerce.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 5, 1994.

POSTPONEMENT: On June 24, 1994, we received a letter from petitioner in
these investigations requesting that the Department of Commerce
postpone the preliminary determinations in accordance with section
733(c)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act) (19 U.S.C.
1673b(c)(1)(A)). We find no compelling reasons to deny the request and
are, accordingly, postponing the date of the preliminary determinations
until September 12, 1994. The U.S. International Trade Commission is
being advised of these postponements in accordance with section 733(f)
of the Act.
This notice is published pursuant to section 733(c)(2) of the Act
and 19 CFR 353.15 (b) and (d).
