Phibro Division of Salomon Inc.; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization to Import Natural Gas, Including Liquefied Natural Gas 
from Canada, and to Export Natural Gas to Canada

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of an order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Phibro Division of Salomon 
Inc. blanket authorization to import up to 200 billion cubic feet (Bcf) 
of natural gas, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), from Canada, and 
to export up to 200 Bcf of natural gas to Canada, over a two-year term 
beginning on the date of first import or export.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
