Intent to Grant Exclusive Patent License; StateWide Technology
Group
The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to
grant to StateWide Technology Group, a revocable, nonassignable,
exclusive license in the United States to practice the Government owned
invention described in U.S. Patent No. 5,119,500, ``Meteor Burst
Communication System,'' issued 2 June 1992.
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with
the Office of Naval Research ONR OOCC, Ballston Tower One, 800 North
Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
