Intent to Grant Partially Exclusive Patent License; Pelagic
Pressure Systems
The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to
grant to Pelagic Pressure Systems, a revocable, nonassignable,
partially exclusive license in the United States and certain foreign
countries to practice the Government owned invention described in U.S.
Patent No. 5,363,298, ``Controlled Risk Decompression Meter,'' issued 8
November 1994.
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with
the Office of Naval Research, ONR OOCC, Ballston Tower One, 800 North
Quincy Street, Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
