    regulations. The Commission had earlier issued Order No. 577 on March
    29, 1995. In Order 577 the Commission extended the exception from

    ``31 days'' for ``calendar month.''
        Transwestern states that the purpose of this filing is to amend
    Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff to conform to the provisions of this
    Order.
        Transwestern states that copies of the filing were served on it gas
    utility customers, interested state commissions, and all parties to
    this proceeding.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should

    filed on or before July 6, 1995. Protests will be considered by the
    Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will
    not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person
    wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of
    this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for
    public inspection.
