Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

June 28, 1995.
    Take notice that on June 22, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing revised tariff 
sheets to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that, in accordance with the Commission's 
June 7, 1995 Order, the revised tariff sheets modify its nomination 
variance charge provisions to assess, on a pro rata basis, receipt/
delivery point total charges only on those individual shippers at such 
receipt/delivery point which exceed the threshold tolerance for volumes 
under their aggregate service agreements at the affected receipt/
delivery point.
    Williston Basin has requested that the Commission accept this 
filing to become effective July 1, 1995.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All 
such protests should be filed on or before July 6, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
