Correction

    In rule document 96-15646 appearing on page 31013 in the issue of 
Wednesday, June 19, 1996, make the following correction:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 31013, in the third column, in Sec. 71.1, under ASW NM E5 
Zuni, NM [Revised], in the seventh line, insert ``Rock'' after 
``Black''.
