Massachusetts (and Contiguous Counties in Connecticut, New York, 
and Vermont); Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Berkshire County and the contiguous counties of Franklin, Hampden, 
and Hampshire in the State of Massachusetts; Litchfield County in the 
State of Connecticut, Columbia, Dutchess, and Rensselaer Counties in 
the State of New York; and Bennington and Windham Counties in the State 
of Vermont constitute a disaster area as a result of damages caused by 
a tornado which occurred on May 29, 1995. Applications for loans for 
physical damage may be filed until the close of business on August 28, 
1995 and for economic injury until the close of business on March 28, 
1996 at the address listed below: U.S. Small Business Administration, 
Disaster Area 1 Office, 360 Rainbow Boulevard South, 3rd Floor, Niagara 
Falls, New York 14303, or other locally announced locations.
    The interest rates are:
