Technical Advisory Subcommittee; Notice of Open Meeting

    The Technical Advisory Subcommittee to the Clean Air Act Advisory 
Committee will hold its opening meetings July 25th from 1 p.m. to 5 
p.m. and July 26th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Crystal Gateway 
Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Washington, DC. These meetings 
are open to the public.
    The Subcommittee is established to provide the Office of Mobile 
Sources independent counsel and advice on scientific and technical 
aspects of its program. The Subcommittee will create working groups to 
evaluate technical materials and approaches in the topics of Modeling, 
In-Use Deterioration, Certification Program Reform, and Engine, Vehicle 
and Fuel Standards.
    Anyone wishing to speak at either or both of the above sessions 
should make a request in writing to Katherine McMillan, Office of 
Mobile Sources, OAR, Mail Code 6401, U.S. Environmental Protection 
Agency, Washington, DC 20460. Public statements will be limited to 10
