        Description: Information collection connected to procedures for 
    appeals by grantees from termination and denial of refunding actions. 
    Also includes procedures for appeals by current or prospective delegate 
    agencies.
        Respondents: State governments.
        Annual Number of Respondents: 10.
        Number of responses per respondent: 1.
        Total annual responses: 10.
        Hours per response: 20.
        Total Annual Burden Hours: 200.
