CFR Correction

    In Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 200 to end, 
revised as of July 1, 1994, on page 190, paragraph 16 of the appendix 
to part 321 was incorrectly revised. Paragraphs (a) through (e) 
following paragraph 16 should have been removed.
