[Declaration of Disaster #3093]
State of New York
Saratoga County and the contiguous Counties of Albany, Fulton,
Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington
in the State of New York constitute a disaster area as a result of
damages caused tornadoes and high winds that occurred on May 31, 1998.
Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster
may be filed until the close of business on August 21, 1998 and for
economic injury until the close of business on March 22, 1999 at the
address listed below or other locally announced locations: U.S. Small
Business Administration, Disaster Area 1 Office, 360 Rainbow Boulevard
South, 3rd Floor, Niagara Falls, NY 14303.
The interest rates are:
For Physical Damage
Homeowners With Credit Available Elsewhere: 7.000%.
Homeowners Without Credit Available Elsewhere: 3.500%.
Businesses With Credit Available Elsewhere: 8.000%.
Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations Without Credit: Available
Elsewhere. 4.000%.
Others (Including Non-Profit Organizations) With Credit Available
Elsewhere: 7.125%.
For Economic Injury
Businesses and Small Agricultural Cooperatives Without Credit
Available Elsewhere: 4.000%.
The numbers assigned to this disaster are 309312 for physical
damage and 990200 for economic injury.
