AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document reallots Channel 250C from Shelby, Montana, to
Dutton, Montana, and modifies the construction permit for Station KLHK
to specify operation on Channel 250C at Dutton in response to a
petition filed by Shelby Media Association. See 64 FR 8786, February
23, 1999. The coordinates for Channel 250C at Dutton are 47-57-46 and
111-39-14. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for this allotment.
With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
