Correction

    In notice document 99-16388, beginning on page 34630 in the issue 
of Monday, June 28, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 34631, in the first column, in the table under the heading 
``RUS rate (0.000)'' for the year 2013, ``5.875'' should read 
``4.875''.
