Florida Gas Transmission Company; Compliance Filing

July 1, 1994.
    Take notice that on June 20, 1994 Florida Gas Transmission Company 
(FGT) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet, with an effective 
date April 29, 1994:

    On April 29, 1994 FGT filed its Initial PGA Termination Report as 
required by Section 26 of the General Terms and Conditions of FGT's 
FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1. Subsequently, on June 9, 
1994, the Commission issued an order accepting the filings subject to 
FGT recalculating the total refund by subtracting the same amount of 
unpaid accruals from FGT's Account 191 balance as of March 31, 1994, as 
FGT used for calculating carrying charges ($460,549 instead of 
$396,713). In the instant filing FGT is complying with the Commission 
Order by refunding additional amounts to its former sales customers.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426 in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of 
the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before July 11, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
