AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document substitutes Channel 298C3 for Channel 298A at
Brillion, Wisconsin, and modifies the license for Station WEZR(FM) to
specify operation on Channel 298C3 in lieu of Channel 298A, in response
to a petition filed by Brillion Radio Company. The coordinates for
Channel 298C3 at Brillion are 44-19-10 North Latitude and 87-57-30 West
Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
