At its last meeting on March 16-17, 1994, the Subcommittee

regulatory language that addresses the numerous issues deliberated upon
by the Subcommittee. At the upcoming July 19-20, 1994 meeting, the
Subcommittee will have the opportunity to respond to the staff draft of
    the NSR reform rulemaking package.
Written comments on the draft package must be received on or before
August 31, 1994. Comments concerning the draft proposal should be
addressed to Ms. Lydia Wegman, Deputy Director, Office of Air Quality
Planning and Standards (MD-10), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina 27711.

INSPECTION OF SUBCOMMITTEE DOCUMENTS: Documents relating to the above-
noted topics will be publicly available at the meeting. Thereafter,
these documents, together with transcript of the Subcommittee's
