The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following
agreement(s) under the Shipping Act of 1984. Interested parties can

parties may submit comments on an agreement to the Secretary, Federal

Synopsis: The proposed modification clarifies and updates non-

Title: Lykes/Evergreen Reciprocal Space Charter, Sailing, and
Cooperative Working Agreement

Synopsis: The proposed Agreement changes the name of the Agreement
by deleting the word reciprocal from the name, restates the Agreement,
and makes some substantial and non-substantial changes to various
articles in the Agreement.

Title: Yangming/Hanjin Slot Exchange Agreement.
Parties: Yangming Marine Transport Corporation Hanjin Shipping Co.,
Ltd.
Synopsis: The proposed Agreement authorizes the parties to exchange
up to 500 TEUs of container space per week, both eastbound and
westbound, on each others' vessels operating in the trade between East
Asia and the east and west coasts of the United States.

Title: NYSA-ILA Tonnage Assessment Agreement.

Parties: New York Shipping Association, Inc. International
Longshoremen's Association.
Synopsis: The proposed amendment reduces tonnage assessment rates
on in house containers originating at or destined for certain North
American points and also establishes a new container charge for waste
paper and cardboard.
